Lights, Camera... Graffiti, Color!

A British housing development (Preston Road in Hull) is due to be pulled down.

So what do the owners do, but offer the buildings to artists, to decorate as they wish.

The result: a temporary exhibit that's
     A graffiti artist's dream.

Luckily for us, Ilona, otherwise known as 'Mean Queen' (the blogger at Life After Money), happened to visit -- and take a lot of photos.

She gave me permission to share some with you. Visit her blog for a lot more. (Here's Part II. Part I's link is above.)

What a celebration of color and style!

Mean Queen does okay for herself in this department, too...
This is her 'plastic garden.'
