It's bow season here in Colorado.
Good onya, Keith -- now you and Angel can enjoy healthy lean meat this winter. (And no, they don't waste a thing, including the hide. We take this responsibility very seriously as a family.)
Invite us over...I love a good elk chili.

Jealous here! Love Elk and Elk chili sounds wonderful. In my "former life" when I lived in CO, I had many Elk meals after bow season. Also in a fine establishment just outside the city in the hills!
