The buyers backed out, just a few weeks before closing. (sigh) Our realtor assures us this happens, especially with older homes. (Ours was built in 1969.)
So back to waiting, keeping things tidy...and having agents stop by with clients while we hang out in the trailer. Life goes on...
God willing, we'll have another contract very soon.
