We've been dry as a bone for weeks, and the spring plants need the moisture.
Charley the dog, with his thick coat, loves it -- he'll run out, plant himself so his belly is cushioned on a snowbank, then reach out to take bites. An instant snowcone.
I hear it's raining in Denver and Fort Collins.
We're 1000 feet higher -- the precipitation is a lot thicker around here. (Wimps.)
March came in like a lamb, it goes out like a lion.
Based on the weather predictions, April's going to get its licks in, too.
No matter -- we still like living here.
