Oh, Cindy. I am so sorry. Our pets become our babies and love us unconditionally. It rips your heart out when they are gone. Oh my.

Thank you, Jeannie. I know how you feel about your Buddy Scooter... The kids were on a vacation to see his 92-year-old grandmother...and knew Karma was fading. We encouraged them to go, anyways -- K had spent many times at our place, and we could make her comfortable. I was hoping she would make it until the kids got home tonight...but alas. She was a Good Dog, and will be missed. Thanks much for writing.
And even though I am supposed to Be Working, I went and read your Animal Tales about Scooter, to feel better...
they helped.

I will give Scooter an extra ear scratching tonight and tell him it is from you.
