Monday Stuff On the Way to Other Stuff: Oh, Those Wonderful Buffs!

We're still exhausted from Saturday's exciting round of college football games. Michigan's was a nail-biter; they almooooost lost to Army. But Colorado's Buffaloes? They weren't supposed to win the game with Nebraska. They weren't supposed to look good at all -- especially when they were 0 and behind at halftime.
And yet they won, clawing and fighting and keeping on, right through the final play.

Daughter #2 was working in Boulder, and said the racket from the stadium could be heard, even downtown, until the end of the game -- then the Nebraska fans were silent. Deafening.

The Boulderites' "mayhem" made up for it afterwards.

Ralphie was proud of her guys.

Meanwhile, we have less than two weeks before the house sale closing. It's a matter of cleaning out the garage, a few drawers in the house, and doing one final sweep-through. All the deadlines are past and met; this sale really looks like it's going to finish. God is good!

An Australian sues her neighbors -- because they have meat-filled barbecues, and she's a vegan. When her complaint's dismissed in court, the neighborhood decides to have a barbecue for her benefit, outside her home. Guess what's going to be on the barbie...

Ten ways doing the 'right thing' can impact your life -- for the worse. Or is it that people don't always WANT to do the right thing?  These are weird...   (From Listverse)

Have a great week.
