Mother's Day

   This is the second Mother's Day without The Mama...and 20 years for the Brick without his mom. (She spoiled her baby plenty, too -- his brothers were 5 and 7 years older, respectively.)

We have two girlies, a son and a near-son in their 30s and early 40s...yet I still don't think of Mother's Day as pertaining to me. 

     It's for our moms, even without the cards, candy and flowers. It still applies:

Love you, Mom... Happy Mother's Day. See you soon.
