ooh, I wish the flowers were out around here...but our friend's property has none. The leaves aren't out yet, either.
They are at our old house; I planted lots of flowering bulbs there. (Colorado doesn't grow much else until the end of the month -- or June. We get too many snowstorms yet.)
No way to pick up flowers, either -- we're still on quarantine through Sunday.
Sniff a rose or two for me please.

I can't sniff a rose because they aren't blooming around here. I can't go to the store to smell one for sale because we are on coronavirus lockdown. Even if I did go, I can't smell anything through the carbon filter on my facemask. (I know. I tried sniffing a cantaloupe to see if it was ripe. Didn't work.) Would sniffing the pork roast cooking in the crockpot count? It has lots of garlic powder and pepper.
